Make something healthy and tasty from usually unwanted plants, such as stinging nettle or dandelion. Commonly called "weeds" you can find them everywhere and maybe learn to appreciate their existence.

Ingredients for Weeds Pesto:

  • Weeds (a lot)
  • Oil (f.e. Olive Oil, but any other is fine too)
  • Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, or other kinds of Seeds
  • Salt and other spices

After carefully taking off all the stems, you boil the weeds in hot water until their volume is reduced to a minimum. Then you add all the other ingredients and mix everything up. If the oil covers the pesto and you fill it into clean glasses, close their lids and put them into the fridge or a cold cellar, the pesto will last for a long time.
